He has a proven track record of driving revenue growth, launching innovative products and services, and building and leading high-performance teams. Faisal excels in turnaround management, market expansion, sales coaching, leadership development, and fostering strategic partnerships in highly competitive environments. He is known for devising innovative sales and business strategies, recruiting top talent, and implementing structured methodologies in sales, distribution and customer experience to achieve business objectives.

He has held various leadership roles like Head, General Manager and Director with leading telecom operators, including INSTAPHONE, UFONE, and WARID. Additionally, he has worked with the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) as a "Consultant Technology for Development" at their Country Headquarters in Islamabad, Pakistan.

Faisal holds an MBA in Marketing. He has attended several executive courses at LUMS, Lahore, including the “Senior Leadership Program.” He also completed a Senior Leadership Program at Harvard Business School, Boston, MA, USA.

Currently based in Karachi, Faisal is the Co-Founder, Director & Chief Business Officer at Univision Consulting Private Limited and an active member of the “Management Association of Pakistan”.
